Tomorrow we embark on another one of our adventures. This time we head west across the Nullarbor, with Kalgoorlie and Esperance the ultimate goal.
You see we were meant to do it last year, but Kirsten’s MS was just a little too raw, and memories of the year before at Uluru, a little too fresh. So we decided this year to bite the bullet and go, and go we will.
We have a little contingency built in, but hopefully it won’t be needed, and we will be travelling free and easy with not a care in the world. 3 weeks, roughly, is the estimated time frame. With lots of bloggable adventures along the way, and one very adrenaline filled activity that I am just jumping out of my skin to do!! So are the kids! In fact we all are, so stay tuned for that one, it’ll be a blast.
Of course there will be lots of driving, not heaps in a day like we used to do, enough though so that Kirsten can enjoy the scenery and not get too worn out from the travelling. Lots of stops in towns we’ve never been too, and lots of sightseeing, with the hope of spotting whales in the Great Australian Bight somewhere.
So buckle up the seat belts, fill the thermos, put on your favorite driving music and come along for the ride as we head West on our Next Big Adventure!
